Isaac Kweku Maison Com (Hons), M. Phil, ICAG, ACIB, GSIC, CIM (UK) (Ghana) – Board Treasurer, Finance & Audit Advisor

He is a self-m otivated Chartered Banker from Chartered Institute of Bankers (Ghana), Qualified Accountant from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIM-UK) and Institute of Chartered Accountants-Ghana (ICAG), Auditor & Researcher with M.Phil (Industrial Finance & Investment), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from the University of Cape Coast (Ghana) and Certification in Ghana Securities Industry from the Ghana Stock Exchange.

Isaac has an impeccable experience in Banking, Finance, Audit & Control and Investigations. Currently, he is an Internal Auditor and Head of Fraud Investigations at UBA (Ghana) Limited, a position he has occupied since 2016. Prior to that, he worked as an Audit Manager at Deon & Noed International (Chartered Accountants) for over 1 year. That was after his internship as an Internal Auditor at the University of Education of Education, Winneba (UEW) in 2014. As a first class student in B.Com, he had the chance to serve as a Teaching Assistant at the School of Business in UCC (2012-2013). He is well versed in IFRS, Company & Tax Laws, MS Office Suite, EVIEWS, SATATA and FINACLE, with working knowledge of Oracle SQL, Tally ERP and QuickBooks.

It is these wealth of industry that Youth Rise International (YoRI) draws on and continue to benefit in moving the organization. This is the second term he is serving on this Board after his first tenure ended in July 2021. He is very committed to this important because we are glad to have him as part of this big vision of our Founder & Executive Director.
